The function creates a cooking zone in the centre of the oven by using natural convection, perfect for bread, cakes and pastries. The main oven has fan assisted cooking for even heat distribution so you enjoy food that is easily cooked.
With a simple yet professional look, this built in Caple double oven provides a white LED display so if visibility is poor due to lack of light, you can still use the oven with ease to view the oven settings with its bright digital display.
