What do I do if my appliance is faulty?

In the unfortunate event your appliance is faulty please contact us on 0121 7736361 where a member of staff will be able to assist you further.

If your appliance is under 30 days old, once we have confirmed the fault, we will be only too happy to provide you with either a repair or a 'like for like' replacement at no extra charge, or a full refund.

If your appliance is over 30 days old, we will look to repair the appliance, if for any reason the appliance can not be repaired we will be only too happy to provide you with a 'like for like' replacement at no extra charge, or a full refund.

What if my appliance arrives damaged?

If your appliance arrives damaged you must contact us immediately and a member of our team will be able to assist you with the next step to resolve your issue.

 

What if I change my mind?

For online Purchases.

If you have purchased online, your statutory rights give you a 14 day 'cooling off' period once the product has been delivered. A full refund will only will only be issued once the un-used & un-installed product, in the packaging supplied with the item, is returned to us and inspected. You will not be re-imbrsed for and delivery or installation charged due to cancellation of your order.

For In-store Purchases

If you have purchased your appliance in store, you will need to contact the store you purchased the item from for the store policy on returning your item.
